GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST
Whereas in the above titled case vide order dated: 24/10/2025 it has been observed that the accused
person namely Mohd Sahil Sheik S/O Mohd Himmat R/o Kolkata, West Bengal and Parvez Sheikh S/O
Farooq Sheikh R/O Geetgram Kolkata, West Bengal, are concealing themselves to evade the process of
law and declared them as ABSCONDERS. Accordingly, General Warrant of Arrest is hereby issued
against the accused persons mentioned above. The above named accused persons be arrested whenever
found and produced before this Court.
This warrant shall remain in force till arrest of the accused persons.
Issued on this 24th day of October 2024, under my signature and seal of this Court.
