NOTIFICATION

Leh, the 08^th of December, 2025

S.O.146.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 356 of the Bharatiya

Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 46 of 2023), the Lieutenant Governor of UT of

Ladakh hereby extends the provisions of section 356 of the said Act to the person against whom

a written proclamation has been published by any Court under sub-section (1) of section 84 of

the said Act.

By order of the Lieutenant Governor, Union territory of Ladakh.
