Leh, the 18^th February, 2026

S.O. 156 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Private

Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005, (Act No. 29 of 2005), and in supersession of S.O. 66

dated 12.06.2025, the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, Union territory of Ladakh hereby

designates Shri Mukesh Singh, IPS, Director General of Police, UT of Ladakh, as the

Controlling Authority for the purpose of the Act.
