GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST

Whereas in the above titled case vide order dated: 22/01/2026 it has been observed that the accused

person namely Pemba Sharpa S/O Sarki Sharpa R/O Tato Pani Nepal A/P Stakna, Leh, is concealing

himself to evade the process of law and declared them as ABSCONDER. Accordingly, General Warrant

of Arrest is hereby issued against the accused person mentioned above. The above-named accused person

be arrested whenever found and produced before this Court.

This warrant shall remain in force till arrest of the accused person.
