GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST

Whereas, in the above titled case, accused person namely Gam Bahadur Thakuri S/o Chandra

Bahadur Thakuri R/o Kawasoti Ward No. 1 Distt. Nawalparasi Bardaghat Sasta Nepal, A/P Upper Chubi

Leh is concealing himself to evade the process of law and he is declared ABSCONDER in the case.

Accordingly General Warrant of arrest is hereby issued against the accused person. The above-named

accused be arrested wherever and whenever found to be produced before this court.

This warrant shall remain in force till arrest of the accused.
