GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST

Whereas in the above titled case vide order dated: 12/02/2026, it has been observed that the

accused person namely Bishal Chand S/O Birender Chand R/O Ranja District Baldiya, Nepal

A/P Moti Market, Leh, is concealing himself to evade the process of law and declared them as

ABSCONDER. Accordingly, General Warrant of Arrest is hereby issued against the accused

person mentioned above. The above-named accused person be arrested whenever found and

produced before this Court.

This warrant shall remain in force till arrest of the accused person.
