Notification.

LADAKH, 01 of April, 2026

S.O 172 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit

Scheme Act, 2019, the Administration of UT Ladakh, with the concurrence of Hon'ble Chief Justice

of High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, hereby designates Courts of Principal District and

Sessions Judge, Leh and Kargil, as the designated Courts within their respective jurisdictions under the

said Act.

By order of the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, UT Ladakh.
