Ladakh, the 6th of April 2026.

S.O. 173. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1A) of section 3 of the Commercial Courts,

Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Act, 2015 (Act No. 4 of 2016) read with

S.O. 1917(E) dated 15^th May, 2018, and in partial modification to notification S.O. 139 of 2025 dated 24.11.2025,

the Lieutenant Governor of Union territory of Ladakh, in consultation with the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir

and Ladakh is pleased to specify the pecuniary jurisdiction of the Commercial Courts of Leh and Kargil as Rs. 3.00

lakh (Rupees Three lakhs) and above but does not exceed Rs 2.00 crore (Rupees two crore).
