GENERAL WARRANT OF ARREST

Whereas in the above titled case vide order dated 27/04/2026, it has been observed that the accused no. 3

namely Jitendra Singh S/O Ompal Singh R/O Kankar, Alwar, Kutina Rajasthan (301708) is concealing

himself to evade the process of law and declared him as ABSCONDER. Accordingly, General Warrant

of Arrest is hereby issued against the accused person, no. 3 mentioned above. The above-named accused

person no. 3 be arrested whenever found and produced before this Court.

This warrant shall remain in force till arrest of the accused person.

Issued on this 22^nd day of June 2026, under my signature and seal of this Court.
