S.O. 214 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Private

Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005, (Act No. 29 of 2005), and in supersession of S.O. 156

dated 24.02.2026, the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, Union territory of Ladakh hereby

designates Sh. Anand Jain, IPS, Director General of Police, Union territory of Ladakh, as

Controlling Authority for the purpose of the Act.
