N O T I F I C A T I O N

Leh, the 3^rd of June 2026

S.O. 200. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of section 2 of the Jammu and Kashmir

Land Grants Act, 1960, the Administration of the Union territory of Ladakh hereby notifies that the said Act

shall be applicable to the whole of the Union Territory of Ladakh.

This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

By order and in the name of the Lieutenant Governor of the Union territory of Ladakh.
