S.O. 205:— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 68 of Food Safety

& Standard Act, 2006, (34 of 2006), the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh hereby

notifies the below officers as the Adjudicating Officers for the purpose of adjudication under

Chapter-X of the said Act within their respective territorial areas:
