NOTIFICATION

Ladakh, the 17^th of June, 2026

S.O. 204:— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 37 of the Food

Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (No. 34 of 2006), the following contractual employees of the

Drug & Food Control Organization of the Union territory of Ladakh are hereby designated as

Food Safety Officers for Union Territory of Ladakh with effect from the date of publication

of this notification, for the purpose of performing functions under this Act and the Rules and

Regulations made thereunder.
