NOTIFICATION

Ladakh, the 30^th day of July, 2026

S.O. 237 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Jammu

and Kashmir Ancient Monuments Preservation Act, Samvat 1977 (1920 A.D.), as applicable to

the Union Territory of Ladakh, objections were invited vide draft notification dated: 13.07.2026

on the said notification. And whereas, two objections were received within the stipulated period,
