NOTIFICATION

Ladakh, the 25^th day of August, 2026

S.O. 255.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Union Territory Goods

and Services Tax Act, 2017 (14 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of the Union territory of

Ladakh hereby makes the following amendment in the notification issued vide S.O. 28 dated 5th

August, 2021, namely: —

In the Table appended to the said notification, against Serial No. 3, for the words

“Director, Accounts and Treasuries, Union Territory of Ladakh”, the words “Shri

Jigmet Namgail, Joint Director, Finance” shall be substituted.
