N O T I F I C A T I O N

Ladakh, The 18^th of September, 2026

S.O. 269 - In exercise of powers conferred by sub section (l) of section 3B of Jammu and Kashmir

Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Act, 2010, the Administration of UT of Ladakh hereby

confers the powers upon every Naib-Tehsildar holding the independent charge of a Tehsil and exercising the

powers of Assistant Collector of the First Class, the powers for issuance of Domicile Certificate under the said

Act and rules made thereunder, to be exercised within the local limits of their respective jurisdiction.

This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in Official Gazettee.
