Leh, the 21^st of September, 2026

S.O. 272 - In exercise of powers conferred by clause c of sub-section 2 of Section

6 of the Jammu and Kashmir Lambardari Act, 1972 read with Rule 5 of Jammu and

Kashmir Lambardari Rules,1980 as applicable to Union Territory of Ladakh, and in

supersession of all previous orders/circulars on the subject, the Administration of Union

Territory of Ladakh hereby fixes the monthly emoluments payable to Lambardars of Union

Territory of Ladakh to Rs 5000/month.
