N O T I F I C A T I O N

Leh, the 18^th of September, 2026

S.O.271 - In exercise of powers conferred under proviso to Section 13 of the Jammu

and Kashmir Reservation Act, 2004, the Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh

hereby, invests Naib-Tehsildars holding the independent charge of a Tehsil and exercising the

powers of Assistant Collector of the First Class with the powers to issue the Reserved

Category Certificates and Income Certificates within the local limits of their respective

jurisdiction.

This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in Official Gazettee.
