Leh, the 4th day of September, 2026

S.O. No. 261.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Code

on Social Security, 2020 (Act No. 36 of 2020), read with Rules 14 to 18 of the Code on Social

Security (Ladakh) Rules, 2026, and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Administration

of the Union Territory of Ladakh hereby constitutes the Ladakh Building and Other

Construction Workers' Welfare Board for exercising the powers conferred on and performing

the functions assigned to it under section 7 and Chapter VIII of the said Code, consisting of the

following members, namely:—
