and MA No. 1184/2019 of Honourable C.A.T., Ernakulam Bench in the above OA filed by K. Abdulkhader,

Overseer, Lakshadweep Government Press, Union Territory of Lakshadweep and in pursuance of instruction

contained in the letter F. No. C-1801302/2016-PSP-1 dated 1^st April, 2021 of Under Secretary to Government of

India, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (PSP Division), New Delhi and also in conformity with the

order dated 03-03-2021 in MA No. 1177/2019 passed by the Hon’ble CAT, Ernakulam Bench seeking

implementation of order dated 05-01-2018 passed in OA No. 181/00035/2014 filed by Compositors Gr. I and

Compositor Gr. II of Government Press of Union Territory of Lakshadweep and as per direction contained in the

Letter F.No. C-18013/02/2014-PSP-1 dated 30^th March, 2021 of Under Secretary to Government of India,

Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (PSP Division), New Delhi, the Pay scales and designation of above posts

are hereby revised as follows.
