NOTIFICATION

F.No. 17/1/2021-FCS/746 : In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of

Section 40 of the National Security Act, 2013, (No. 20 of 2013), and Rule 10 of the

Lakshadweep Food Security Rules, 2016, the Administrator, Union Territory of Lakshadweep

hereby reconstitute the State Food Commission with the following members.

(1) Chairman

- Advisor to Hon’ble Administrator, (IAS)

(2) Member Secretary

- Director (Social Welfare), Union Territory of Lakshadweep.

Members :-

1. Secretary, Legal, Union Territory of Lakshadweep

2. Secretary, Health & AYUSH, Union Territory of

Lakshadweep.

3. Smt. C.P. Subaidabi, Principal DIET, Kavaratti.

4. Dr. Noushida, CMO, DHS, Kavaratti.

The term of the State Food Commission shall be for a period of five years or till further

orders whichever is earlier.

This is issued with the approval of Advisor to the Administrator, Union Territory of

Lakshadweep vide Diary No. 3991, dated 20-10-2021.
