(Date of Birth 11-05-1960), Chief Medical Officer (SAG), Community Health Centre, Andrott,

from Government Service on superannuation on the afternoon of 31-05-2022 under

Rule 74 (a) of the CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972. Accordingly the officer will stand relieved from

the duties on the afternoon of 31-05-2022.

dated 18-04-2022.

Union Territory of Lakshadweep has approved the retirement of Dr. K. Shaik Koya,

(Date of Birth 03-03-1957), Specialist Gr. 1, Community Health Centre, Andrott from

Government Service on superannuation on the afternoon of 31-03-2022 under

Rule 74 (a) of the CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972.

F.No. A-14/47/2021-COL/739 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section

20 (1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) read with Notification No. S.O.

183 (E) dated 20^th March, 1974 of the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, New

Delhi, the Administrator, Union Territory of Lakshadweep is pleased to appoint Shri. Piyush

Mohanty, DANICS, Deputy Collector cum CEO ( Central) as Executive Magistrate with

jurisdiction in the (Kavaratti, Agatti and Bangaram Islands) and islet around the

Kavaratti, Agatti, and Bangaram Island. He will exercise all or any of the powers exercisable

by an Executive Magistrate under the said code.

The Administrator is also pleased to specially empower him to exercise the powers

specified under Section 107, 108, 109, 110, 133, 143, 144, 174 & 176 of the code.

This Notification shall have effect from the date on which the officer takes over charges

as Deputy Collector cum CEO Central (Kavaratti, Agatti and Bangaram Islands) and remains

till such period the officer holds the charges of Deputy Collector cum CEO Central (Kavaratti,

Agatti and Bangaram Islands) .
