(SECTION 4 & SUB SECTION 3)
F.No.34/17/2019 - L.R./1092:- Whereas, the Government intends to acquire the
following land in construction with the concerned Village (Dweep) Panchayat in KILTAN
ISLAND in the Union Territory of Lakshadweep in effected area and carry out the Social
Impact Assessment study for public purpose. The study shall be undertaken as per provision
as Section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,
Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
