F. No.100/1/2023-PS&T(Tax)/38 : In exercise of the powers conferred under section
3 of Chapter II of the Union Territory Goods and Service Tax, 2017 published in the Extra
Ordinary Gazette of India vide Notification date 12th April, 2017 by the Ministry of Law and
Justice, Government of India and in supression of Notification File No. F. No.100/1/2017-
PS&T(GST)/22, Dated 07.04.2022 and section 66(1) of Chapter XI of Lakshadweep Value
Added Tax Regulation 2022 published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette of Lakshadweep vide
Notification dated 19th September, 2022, the following officers designated as Proper Officers
for the Administration of Union Territory Goods & Services Tax (UTGST) and Value Added
Tax in the Union Territory of Lakshadweep.

land for a public purpose as stated below, as per the relevant provisions of the ‘The Right to
Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement
Act, 2013’ for which Social Impact Assessment study has to be undertaken for the affected
area as per Section 4 of the said Act read with Sub rule 1 of Rule 3 of the Right to Fair
