Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) read with Notification No. S. O. 183 (E) dated
20th March 1974 of the Goverment India, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, the Competent
Authority, Union Territory of Lakshadweep is pleased to appoint Shri. Vishal Sah, IAS,
Additional District Magistrate (North & East Islands) i. e Androth, Kalpeni, Amini, Kadmath,
Kiltan, Chetlat & Bitra Islands as Executive Magistrate with jurisdiction in the (Androth,
Kalpeni, Amini, Kadmath, Kiltan, Chetlat & Bitra) and islet around the Androth,

Kalpeni, Amini, Kadmath, Kiltan, Chetlat & Bitra. He will exercise all or any of the powers
exercisable by an Executive Magistrate under the said code.
The Competent Authority is also pleased to specifically empower him to exercise the
powers specified under Section 107,108,109,110,133,143,144,174,& 176 of the code.
This Notification shall have effect from the date on which the officer takes over charges as
Additional District Magistrate (North & East Islands) i. e Androth, Kalpeni, Amini, Kadmath,
Kiltan, Chetlat & Bitra Islands and remains till such period the officer holds the charges of
Additional District Magistrate in those Islands.
This is issued with the approval of Hon’ble Administrator Vide diary No. 144 dated
23.01.2023.

Deputy Collector Cum CEO(Central & Agatti) i.e Kavaratti, & Agatti, and remains till such period

16.03.1956 in Naval Record of my spouse Shri. Maral Muthukoya (Ex. No.55452.
SEA-1) Kalpeni Island Lakshadweep
2. I solemnly affirm and state that my actual name and Date of Birth as per the
Birth Certificate Registration No. 51/1953 dated 30.10.1953 issued by Registrar
of Birth & Death Kalpeni Island U. T. of Lakshadweep and asper Aadhaar No.
432308041330 of Unique Identification Authority of India (UID),Govt. of India is
“BEEFATHUMMA K.V.” and ‘29.10.1953’ respectively.
3. I do hereby declare that there is no fraud or misrepresentation in making this affidavit
by me.
4. I am executing this affidavit for getting special pension to my spouse, Shri Maral
