F. No.100/3/2023-PS&T (Tax):- In continuation of Notification Vide F. No.100/3/2023-

PS&T(Tax) Dated 07.02.2023, it is hereby notify that, If the due date for monthly payment of

tax and quarterly returns of Value Added Tax happens to be public holiday/bank holiday in

any month/any quarter as the case may be, due date shall be the immediate next working

day of respective month/ quarter.

This issue is with the approval of competent authority.
