NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by column no. 3 of serial no. 2 of the First

Schedule read with sub-section (2) of section 30 of the Right to Fair Compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (No. 30 of

2013), read along with Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. SO 3239 (E) dated 30^th

November 2015 and Lakshadweep Administration Notification No. 34/8/2015-LR dated

6/9/2022, the Appropriate Government, hereby, notifies that in case of rural areas, the

factor by which the market value is to be multiplied with respect to Union Territory of

Lakshadweep shall be 1.00 (one).
