F.No.14/2/2023-SWTA/109:- In exercise of powers conferred under ‘The Right of Person

with Disabilities Act 2016’ the Administrator, Union Territory of Lakshadweep is pleased to

designate the Secretary, Social Welfare and Tribal Affairs as ex-officio Commissioner for

Person with Disabilities under section 79 of The Right of Person with Disabilities Act 2016’

for Union Territory of Lakshadweep till a regular Commissioner is appointed.
