F. No.16/1/2022-UD (Volume-I) : In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (3)

of Section 1 of the Lakshadweep Town and Country Planning and Development Regulation,

2026 (No. 8 of 2026), promulgated by Her Excellency the President of India and published

in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, CG-DL-E-29072026-274899, dated 28^th July, 2026,

the Hon’ble Administrator, Union Territory of Lakshadweep, hereby Appoints 29.07.2026,

as the date on which the said Regulation shall come into force in the Union Territory of

Lakshadweep.
