2. It is found that my name is wrongly spelled in the Aadhaar card as SAFRABI instead of
printing it as SAFOORA K K. Due to the error in the name printed on Aadhaar, it is difficult
to enrol the details in other official requirements it is necessary to update Aadhaar with
true name and address for uniform appearance in the official records pertains to me.
3. I hereby affirm and state that my original name appears and spell as SAFOORA K K and
I do not wish to call and appear as SAFRABI.

BEEGUM and RASSIYA BEEGUM.V.I all refer to one and the same person,
