No.-F-8-3-2020-Rule-IV.- In exercise ofthe powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of

the Constitution of india, the Governor of Madhya Pradesh, hereby makes the following further

amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Fundamental Rules, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,

1. After rule 24 the following proviso shall be added,

Provided that, in case of any disaster that occurres in the State and if the own tax and non-tax

revenues of the State Government are severely and adversely affected, the Government may with-

hold the said increment on a non-cumulative basis for such period as may be prescribe by a special

order ofthe State Government.

2. This Notification shall be effictive from lst Aprll2020.
