ORDER

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4gT of the

Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha sanhita, 2023 (46 of 20231, the

state Government, hereby, prescribes that the court or the

Magistrate shall prepare a statement of propert5r, as specified in

sub-section (1) of section 497 of the said Act within a period of L4

days from the date of production of the property, namely:-

1. In case of vehicle,-

(a) type of vehicle

(b) model of vehicle

(c) colour of vehicle

(d) registration number of

vehicle

(e) engine and

chassis

number of vehicle
