No. JCST/VAT-ADM/ND/2017/Loss of “C” Form/Desk-8/B-835.—Whereas, it has been brought

to my Notice by M/s. ANSHIKA FASTENERS PVT. LTD., TIN No. 27850025525C under Central

Sales Tax Act, 1956 that the declarations in Form “C” referred to in sub-rule (1) of rule (12) of

Central Sales Tax (Mumbai) Rules, 1957, bearing No. MH-13/343553 (Qt-1st; 13-14) of Rs. 10499728/-

have been lost and in respect of said facts the dealer had filed a police Report and Indemnity

Bond and also Advertisement in Local News Papers.

After considering above facts, I Shri P. K. Agrawal, Joint Commissioner of State Tax (ADM.),

Nagpur Division, Nagpur. In exercise of the power vested in me under sub-rule (7) of the Rule 4A

(i) The definition of ‘Delivering Member’ in the Definitions Chapter is modified as under

(ii) (a) The definition of the term “Novation” is inserted in the Definitions chapter as under : –
