Act, 1956 that the declarations in Form “C” referred to in sub-rule (1) of rule (12) of Central Sales

Tax (Mumbai) Rules, 1957, bearing No. MH-13/312221 (Qt-4th ; 01-01-2013 to 31-03-2013) of
