(a) sub-section (1) read with sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Maharashtra Control of Organized
Crime Act, 1999 (Mah. XXX of 1999) (MCOCA for short),
(b) sub-section (1) read with sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities
