“Maharashtra Government Gazette”, on the 18th December 2018.)

An Act further to amend the Maharashtra Animal and Fishery

Sciences University Act, 1998.

WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Maharashtra Animal and

Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998, for the purposes hereinafter

appearing; it is hereby enacted in the Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of India

as follows :—

1.

(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Animal and Fishery

Sciences University (Amendment) Act, 2018.

(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may,

by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
