However, eligibility of the club for this concession shall be certified annually by the Commissioner of

State Excise, Maharashtra State, Mumbai.

Notwithstanding anything contained above, the rate of license fees applicable to cantonment

area shall be the same as applicable to the Municipal Corporation area within whose boundaries

such cantonment is located within or which are adjacent to the limits of such Municipal Corporation.
