CORRIGENDUM

MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL AND TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.

No. TPS.1214/1423/CR-19/17/EP/Corrigendum/UD-12.— Whereas, in accordance with sub-section (1)

of Section 31 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as

“ the said Act ”), the State Government has sanctioned the excluded part of the Development Plan of

Ulhasnagar vide Notification No. TPS. 1214/1423/CR-19/17/EP/UD-12, dated 1st March, 2019 as specified

in SCHEDULE of the notification (hereinafter referred to as “ the said Final Development Plan ” ) ;

And whereas, it is observed that some errors, typographical mistakes are needed to be corrected in

accordance with the Government approval in the said Sanctioned Modifications (Schedule) in respect of

EP-137 and for that purpose it is necessary to issue Corrigendum for the same as mentioned below.

Now, therefore this Corrigendum is issued for the said Sanctioned Modifications (Schedule) in respect

of EP-137 as mentioned below hereto :—
