NOTIFICATION

No. SPC. 1319/C.R. 122/D-IX.—Whereas, the 14th Finance Commission has recommended

establishment of 18 temporary additional Courts viz. 14 Additional Courts in the cadre of District Judge

and 4 Additional Courts in the cadre of Senior Civil Judge.

Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Bombay

appointed Shri Sahebrao Dalpat Nikam, a retired judicial officer to the temporary additional post of Senior

Civil Judge for the period of two years or till further orders whichever occurs earlier, vide notification

dated 1st January 2018 ;

And Whereas said Shri Sahebrao Dalpat Nikam has tendered resignation and the High Court of

Judicature at Bombay has accepted the resignation of Shri Sahebrao Dalpat Nikam and recommended

the government to issue necessary orders.

Now therefore, the Government of Maharashtra in consultation with the High Court of

Judicature at Bombay, hereby sanctions the resignation of Shri Sahebrao Dalpat Nikam, with effect

from 31st October 2019.
