CORRIGENDUM

Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the Maharashtra Regional &

Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as “ the said Act ”), the State Government vide Notification No. TPS-

2718-1394-CR-116-2018-UD-30, dated 8^th March, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “ the said Notification”) has accorded

sanctioned to the Draft Second Revised Development Plan of Wani with Modification Shown in Schedule-A, excluding

the substantial modification shown in Schedule-B vide Notice No.TPS-2718-1394-CR-116-2018-E.P. Publish-UD-30

dated the 8^th March, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Notice”) appended to the said Notification;

And whereas, the said notice published in the Maharashtra Government Gazzette Part I-A, Amravati Divisional

Supplement dated March 28^th April 13^th, 2019 on page 13 to 17 at serial No. 59.

And whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the said Act, the State

Government vide Notice No. TPS-2718-1394-CR-116-2018-E.P. Publish-UD-30, dated 8^th March, 2019 have invited

objections and suggestions from any person in respect of proposed modification of substantial nature which are

excluded from sanction as Excluded Part (E.P) as specified in Schedule-B appended to the said Notice;

And whereas, it is noticed that there are some errors and mistakes in the said Schedule-B appended with the said

Notice and for that purpose it is necessary to issue a Corrigendum for the same as mentioned in Annexure appended

hereto ;

Now therefore, this Corrigendum is issued in respect of such corrections in Schedule-B as mentioned in Annexure

appended hereto and for that purpose Government hereby;

1. Gives Notice Inviting Objections and Suggestions from any person in respect of proposed substantial

modification (E.P) shown in this Corrigendum within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the

official gazette regarding revised Second Revised Development Plan Wani or within the period of 30 days from the

date on which authenticated E.P plan is published, whichever is later.

2. Appoints the Join Director of Town Planning, Amravati Division, Amravati as the officer under Section 31 (2)

of the said Act to hear any person filing Suggestions/Objections as stated in (1) above within the stipulated period

and to submit his report thereupon to the Government for further necessary action.

Whereas, in exersise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the Maharashtra Regional & Town

Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as “ the said Act ”), the State Government vide Notification No. TPS-2718-1394-CR-

116-2018-UD-30, dated 8^thMarch 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “ the said Notification”) has accorded sanctioned to the Draft

Second Revised Development Plan of Wani with Modification Shown in Schedule-A, excluding the substantial modification

shown in Schedule-B vide Notice No.TPS-2718-1394-CR-116-2018-E.P. Publish-UD-30 dated the 8^th March, 2019 (hereinaf-

ter referred to as “the said Notice”) appended to the said Notification ;

And whereas, the said notice published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette Part I-A, Amravati Divisional Supple-

ment, dated March 28^th April 3^rd, 2019 on Page 5 to 8 at Serial No. 57.

And whereas, it is noticed that there are some errors and mistakes in the said Notification and Schedule-A and for that

purpose it is necessary to issue a Corrigendum and Addendum for the same as mentioned in Annexure appended hereto ;

Now therefore, this Corrigendum is issued in respect of such corrections in the said notification and Schedule-A

as mentioned in Annexure appended hereto;
