No. 744/Addl. CP/Tra/Notification/Tr/19.—Whereas it has been observed that construction under

Metro Project-4 is going on L.B.S. Road, for which baricadings have been made in the middle of the

road. Due to which the road has become narrow. In addition to that people also park their vehicles

on the said road resulting into huge traffic congestion on the said road and other adjoining roads

connected to L.B.S. Road. Therefore, it is necessary to make an order to streamline traffic.

Hence, In order to facilitate smooth movement of Traffic and to avoid inconveniance to the

powers conferred upon me under section 115 of M.V. Act, 1988 (Act No.59 of 1988) r/w Government
