No. SPC-1316/C.R. 205/IX.—Whereas the 14th Finance Commission has recommended for

establishment of 18 temporary additional Courts viz. 14 Additional Courts in the cadre of District Judge

and 04 Additional Courts in the cadre of Senior Civil Judge,

And whereas the Government of Maharashtra in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature

at Bombay, vide notifications dated 1st January 2018, has appointed the following retired judicial Officers

to the temporary additional posts of District Judge for the period of two (02) years from the date on which

they assume charge of their post or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier.

And whereas the Government of Maharashtra in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature

at Bombay has sanctioned the resignations of following retired judicial Officers, vide notifications mentioned

against their respective names in Column 3 of Schedule-I.

And whereas The Hon'ble Administrative Judges' Committee of Hon'ble High Court, Bombay has

recommended the following retired judicial Officers for appointment to the temporary additional posts of

District Judge for further period of three (03) years, as the vacancies arised due to the resignations of

retired judicial Officers as mentioned in Schedule-l.

Now therefore, the Government of Maharashtra in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature

at Bombay, hereby appoints the following retired judicial Officers as mentioned in Schedule-ll, to the

temporary additional posts of District Judge for the period of three (03) years from the date on which they

assume charge of their respective post or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier.
