No. SPP. 2020/U.O.R.23/D-XIV.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of the
section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No.II of 1974), and section 8 of M.C.O.C. Act,
1999, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Adv. Ajay Misar as “Special Public Prosecutor”
for conducting the case in Special M.C.O.C.A. Court, Sessions Court, Mumbai which is arising out of
D.C.B., C.I.D. Case No.195/2019 (C.R.No.672/2019 registered at Powai Police Station, Mumbai).
2. The fees of Adv. Ajay Misar, Special Public Prosecutor shall be paid by Home Department as
per the proposal approved by this department.
3. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law
Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.
4. The Government reserves the right to revoke/modify/annul the order without assigning any
reasons.
