Judge, working on the establishment of the High Court Bench at Aurangabad, is hereby promoted and

appointed to the post of “Registrar/Principal Secretary to the Honourable the Chief Justice” in the pay

scale of Rs. 51550-1230-58930-1380-63070, purely on temporary basis, initially for a period of six months

w.e.f. 2nd November 2020, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, on the following

conditions :—

(1) Continuance on such post shall depend on his performance during the six months next

following assumption of charge.

(2) He is liable to be reverted to his original post at his parent department, at any time, during the

said period without giving any notice or assigning any reasons.

(3) His appointment is made subject to the result of litigation/ representation whether pending, if

any, or that may be filed in which any appointment, seniority etc., in respect of the post of Registrar/

superannuation w.e.f. 30th September 2020 (A.O.H.)] as Personal Assistant w.e.f. 19th October 2020

(B.O.H.) for a period of 6 months, purely on temporary basis on the establishment of the High Court,

(1) that his services shall be liable to be terminated without any notice and without assigning

(2) that he will not be entitled to count his new service for the purpose of pension and promotion ;

(3) that his pay will be fixed as per extant rules issued by the Government of Maharashtra from
