असा कर½यात आला आहे) चे कलम 3 ´या पोट-कलम (4) नुसार महाराÍĘ शासन नगर िवकास िवभाग अिधसूचना Ďमांक
पनवेल महानगरपािलका – 2914/Ëही आय फी सं.Ď. 301/Ģ.Ď. 354/निव-23, िद 26 सÃटȂबर 2016 अÂवये पनवेल
नगरपिरषदेचे संपूण« ©ेĝ व 29 महसुली गावां´या ©ेĝासाठी पनवेल महानगरपािलकेची Îथापना कर½यात आली असून ती िदनाकं
1 ऑ¯टȗबर 2016 पासून अȎÎत¾वात आली आहे ;
आिण ¶याअथȓ, पनवेल महानगरपािलका हLjीमÁये उ¯त ए के बी एस एन ए िवकास योजनेतील 11 महसुली गांवाचा
समावेश पनवेल महानगरपािलके´या हLjीत करणेत आलेला आहे ;
आिण ¶याअथȓ, पनवेल महानगरपािलका हLjीतील मौजे. घोट या गावामधील अǗंद रξयावǘन मोǸा Ģमाणावर जड व
इतर वाहनांची वाहतूक होत असÊयामुळे घोट गावात वाहतुकी´या समÎया िनमɕण झाÊया आहेत व ¾याकिरता घोट गावा´या
बाहेरील बाजूने नवीन Ǘंद वळण रÎता तयार कर½याची आवÌयकता आहे ;

आिण ¶याअथȓ, महाराÍĘ महानगरपािलका अिधिनयमाचे कलम 205, 206 व 209 अÂवये महानगरपािलका ©ेĝामÁये
निवन रÎते तयार करणे, रξयाची ǘंदी िनȎÌचत करणे व रξयांची सुधारणा करणेचा अिधकार महानगरपािलकेला आहे;
आिण ¶याअथȓ, वरील संदभ« उ¯त कर½यासाठी पनवेल महानगरपािलके´या सव«साधारण सभेने ठराव Ď. 190
िद. 5 सÃटȂबर 2019 अÂवये आयु¯त, पनवेल महानगरपािलका यांना Ģािधकृत केले आहे.
¾याअथȓ, मी सुधाकर देशमुख, आयु¯त, पनवेल महानगरपािलका मला ĢाÃत अिधकारांÂवये खालील पिरिशÍट ‘अ’ मÁये
िविनȌदÍट केलेÊया निवन जोड रξयाचे आखणी व पिरिशÍट ‘ब’ मÁये नकाशात दश«िवÊयाĢमाणे रξयाचे संरेखांकन जािहर
करीत आहे. सदर पिरिशÍट ‘अ’ व पिरिशÍट ‘ब’ ´या Ģती नागरीकां´या पाहणी करीता सहायक संचालक, नगररचना िवभाग,
पनवेल महानगरपािलका यांचे कायɕलयात कायɕलयीन िदवशी व कायɕलयीन वेळेत खुला ठेव½यात आलेÊया आहेत.
कोण¾याही नागरीकास ĢÎतािवत रξयाचे आखणी बाबत काही हरकती ȋकवा सूचना असÊयास हे जाहीर Ģकटन महाराÍĘ
शासना´या राजपĝात ĢिसÁद झालेÊया िदनांकापासून 30 िदवसांचे आत सहायक संचालक, नगररचना िवभाग, 3 रा मजला,
अȎ±नशमन इमारत, देवाळे तलाव, पनवेल महानगरपािलका, यांचे कायɕलयात कायɕलयीन िदवशी व कायɕलयीन वेळेत सादर
कराËयात. महाराÍĘ शासन राजपĝात ĢिसÁद िदनांकापासून 30 िदवसांचे आत ĢाÃत झालेÊया सूचना ȋकवा हरकती यांचाच
िवचार केला जाईल. मुदतीनंतर ĢाÃत झालेÊया हरकती व सुचना िवचारात घेतÊया जाणार नाहीत.

Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 section 205, 206 & 209
No. PMC/TPD/ATDP/Missing Links/1940/2020
Whereas the Ambarnath, Kulgaon—Badlapur and Surrounding Notified area Development
Plan has been sanctioned by the Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra
vide notification No. TPS – 1204/941/CR – 1630/UD -12, dated 25th July 2005 and it has came
into force with effect from 12th August 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the said AKBSNA
Development Plan) ;
And whereas, the Government in exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the
Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 (hereinafter referred to as the “said MMC Act”)
vide the Urban Development Department notification No. PNP.2014/VIP No. 301/CR. 354/UD-23
dated the 25th September 2016 constituted the Panvel Municipal Corporation for the areas of
whole area of Panvel Municipal Council and 29 revenue villages specified therein, which came
into force with effect from 1st October 2016 ;
And whereas; the said AKBSNA Development Plan’s 11 revenue villages has been included
in the Panvel Municipal Corporation Area ;
And whereas, at present, heavy and other vehicles ply in large numbers on the narrow road
of Revenue Village Ghot thereby increasing the traffic issues in Revenue Village Ghot. Therefore
there is a need to develop a new wide road from outside of Revenue Village Ghot ;
And whereas, as per the provisions of the said MMC Act, sections 205, 206, & 209 empowers
the Municipal Corporation to prepare the new roads, to decide the width of the roads and to
improve the roads within the Municipal Corporation Area ;
And whereas, the Panvel Municipal Corporation vide General Body Resolution No. 190
dated 5th September 2019 delegated the powers under section 205, 206 & 209 of the said MMC
Act to Commissioner, Panvel Municipal Corporation.
Therefore, as per the powers delegated by Panvel Municipal Corporation to the
Commissioner, Panvel Municipal Corporation and in exercise of the powers, I, Sudhakar
Deshmukh, Commissioner, Panvel Municipal Corporation here by declares the New Road as
mentioned in the Schedule ‘A’ and a plan appended hereto Schedule ‘B’ showing the alignment of
the New Road is kept open for the inspection of the public on all working days and in working
hours in the office of the Assistant Director of Town Planning, Panvel Municipal Corporation.
Any citizen, who want to submit any objection and/or suggestion about the proposed
alignment of the road , he/ she may submit in writing to the Assistant Director of Town Planning,
Panvel Municipal Corporation, Town Planning Department, 3rd floor Fire Brigade Building, Near
Devale Talav, Panvel within 30 days from the publication of this notice in Maharashtra

Government, Gazette. It shall be noted that, suggestion or objection if any, received by Panvel
Municipal Corporation in writing within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the
Maharashtra Government Gazette would only be considered by the Municipal Commissioner,
Panvel Municipal Corporation. The suggestion/objection received after 30 days would not be
considered.

Layout and make a 24 M wide new public road from bridge over Taloja River near S. No. 53
(Mouje Ghot) to S. No. 67 (Mouje Chal) connecting to existing road.
