Urban Development Department in Government of Maharashtra, has sanctioned the Development

Plan of Sector 1 and 2 of Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation vide Notification No.TPS-1299/1910/

C.R.-34/2000/UD-12, Dated 3rd September 2005, and Notification No. TPS. 1207/604/C.R.-494/08/UD-

12, dated 14th September 2009 and, the Urban Development Department in Government of Maharashtra,

has sanctioned the Development Plan of Sector 03 to 07 of Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation vide

Notification No.TPS-1208/2884/CR-139/09/UD-12, dated 4th April 2012 and Notifiction No.TPS-1212/458/

CR-148/ 12/UD-12, dated 4th August 2016 ;

And whereas, the 12.00 meter wide Development Plan road from Katemanivali Naka to Lalan Store

(Sector 4), then further 12.00 meter wide Development Plan road from Lalan Store to Ganapati Mandir to

Ramabai Chowk to Pote Apartment (Sector 1) and then further 15.00 meter wide Development Plan road

from Pote Apartment to Tisgaon Naka (Sector 4) thus ('U' type road) is proposed to be widened to 24.00

meter, Hon. General Body of Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation has passed the Resolution No. 122,

dated 19th October 2020 to initiate the process of modificaton under Section 37( 1) of the M.R.T.P. Act, 1966.

In view of this the part plan showing all the relevant changes with the proposed modification is kept

open for inspection of general public at the office of Assistant Director, Town Planning, Town Planning

Department and 'D' Ward Office of Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation on all working days, in working

Hours;

And therefore I hereby inform all citizens regarding suggestion/objection if any to the proposed

modifications should be communicated in writting to Asssistant Director, Town Planning Department, Kalyan

Dombivali Municipal Corporation within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in Maharashtra

Goverment Gazette, so that Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation can consider suggestion/lobjection

so received before submitting the proposal for Modification to Goverment for sanction.
