ŌाĀयांमधील संĸामक व सांसिगɑक रोगांस Ōितबंध व िनयंŇण अिधिनयम, २००९.

ĸमांक डीआयएस. २०१७/ Ō.ĸ. ९२ / पदुम- ४.—ùयाअथȯ, महाराđł शासनाने, ŌाĀयांमधील संĸामक व सांसिगɑक रोगांस Ōितबंध

व िनयंŇण अिधिनयम, २००९ (सन २००९ चा अिधिनयम ĸमांक २७) या÷या कलम ६ ची पोट-कलमे (१) व (२) तसेच कलमे

७, ११, १२ व १३ यांǑारे Ōदान कɁलेčया अिधकारांचा वापर कȠन, काढलेली शासकीय अिधसूचना, कȵिष, पशुसंवधɑन, दुôधďयवसाय

िवकास व मāĒयďयवसाय िवभाग ĸमांक डीआयएस-२०१७ /Ō.ĸ. ९२/ पदुम-४, िदनांक २९ जानेवारी, २०१९ (यात यापुढɂ िजचा

िनदɨश “उòत अिधसूचना” असा कɁला आहे) Ǒारे, जो उòत अिधिनयमाąवये घोिषत कɁलेला अनुसूिचत रोग आहे āया ôलँąडसɑ रोगा÷या

बाबतीत, महाराđłा÷या नागपूर, सांगली, पुणे, बुलढाणा, रायगड व भंडारा या िजčǡांचे संपूणɑ ȦेŇ, िनयंŇण ȦेŇ Ċहणून घोिषत कɁले आहे ;

आिण ùयाअथȯ, असे िनदशɑनास आले आहे की, अकोला व नािशक िजčǡा÷या ȦेŇात अĐवजातीय Ōजातीचे Ōाणी बािधत झालेले

आहेत आिण Ċहणून, उòत िजčहे हे “िनयंŇण ȦेŇ” Ċहणून घोिषत करणे शासनाला इđट वाटते ;

āयाअथȯ, आता, ŌाĀयांमधील संĸामक व सांसिगɑक रोगांस Ōितबंध व िनयंŇण अिधिनयम, २००९ (सन २००९ चा अिधिनयम

ĸमांक २७) या÷या कलम ६ ची पोट-कलमे (१) व (२) तसेच कलमे ७, ११, १२ व १३ यांǑारे Ōदान कɁलेčया अिधकारांचा वापर

कȠन, महाराđł शासन याǑारे उòत अिधसूचनेमĄये पुढीलŌमाणे सुधारणा करीत आहे :—

उòत अिधसूचने÷या अनुसूचीमधील, अनुĸमांक ६ ÷या नɻदीनंतर, पुढील नɻदी जादा दाखल करĀयात येतील :—

“७ अकोला”.

“८ नािशक”.

NOTIFICATION

No.DIS-2017/C.R. 92/ ADF-4.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra, by Government

Notifications, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department,

No. DIS- 2017 / C.R. 92 /ADF-4, dated the 29th January 2019, (hereinafter referred to as “the said

notification”), issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 6 read

with sections 7, 11, 12 and 13 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in

Animals Act, 2009 (27 of 2009), declared the whole area of Nagpur, Sangali, Pune, Buldhana, Raigadh

and Bhandara Districts of the Maharashtra, as the Controlled Area in respect of the Glanders Disease,

which is a scheduled disease declared under the said Act ;

And whereas, it is noticed that, in the area of District Akola and Nashik the equine species

animals are infected with Glanders Disease, and therefore, the Government considers it expedient

to declare the said District Akola as a “Controlled Area” ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 6 read

with sections 7, 11, 12 and 13 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in

Animals Act, 2009 (27 of 2009), the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the said notification,

as follows :—

In the schedule of the said notification, after entry at Serial No.6, the following entries

shall be added.

“7 Akola”.

“8 Nashik”.
