NOTIFICATION

No. ICM / Estt.1 / 665.–– By virtue of the provisions contained in Rgulations 11, 13, 18 and 19

of the Industrial Court Regulations framed under Maharashtra Industrial Relation Act, 1946 and in

continuation of this office notification No. 882, deted 21st December 2020, the President, Industrial

Court, Maharashtra, Mumbai is pleased to declare that office of the Industrial Court, Mumbai, Labour

Court, Mumbai, Office of the Commissioner for Employee’s Compensation, Mumbai and Office of

Wage Board, Mumbai shall remained closed on 3rd Saturday, the 16th October 2021 and Monday

the 18th October 2021 due to holiday declared by Hon’ble High Court, Mumbai to the Subordinate

Court in the State of Maharashtra.

In Iieu of the said Holiday, the fourth Saturday falling on 23rd October 2021 and fourth Saturday

falling on 27th November 2021 are hereby declared as Court Working days for Industrial Courts,

Mumbai, Labour Courts, Mumbai Office of the Commissioner for Employee’s Compensation, Mumbai

and Office of Boards, Mumbai.
