महाराष्ट्र खाजगीी सुरक्ा रक्षक (नोोकरीीचे नियमन व कलयाण) अधिनियम, १९८१.

क्रमांक संकीर्ण. २०२१/प्र.क्र.३०/काम-५.—जयाअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र खाजगी सुरक्ा रक्षक (नोकरीचे नियमन व कल्याण) अधिनियम,

१९८१ (१९८१ चा महा. ५८) चया कलम ६ मधील तरतुदीस अनुसरून विशिष्ट क्ेत्ातील सुरक्ा रक्षकांकरीता खालील तक्त्यायात

दर्शविलेलया रकाना (३) मधील नमूद सुरक्ा रक्षक मंडळ घटटीत करणे अशकय असलयाचे व मंडळांवर सदसयांचे नामनिर्देशन करणयास

काही कालावधी लागणार असलयाचे, महाराष्ट्र शासनास दिसून येईल ;

आणि, जयाअर्थी उकत अधिनियमाचया कलम ६ अनवये यथोचितरितया मंडळ गठित करणयात येईल तोपर्यंत, पद धारण करणयास

व अधिनियमाद्ारे किंवा तद्न्वये मंडळास प्रदान करणयात आलेलया सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करणयासाठी आणि तयावर लादलेली कर्तवय

आणि कामे पार पाडणयासाठी खालील तक्त्यायातील रकाना (२) मधये दर्शविलेलया वयकतींची रकाना (३) मधये नमूद मंडळासमोर नियुकती

करणयाचे ठरविले आहे ;

आता, तयाअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र खाजगी सुरक्ा रक्षक (नोकरीचे नियमन व कल्याण) अधिनियम, १९८१ चे कलम ७ चे पोटट-कलम

(१) अनवये प्रदान करणयात आलेलया अधिकारांचा वापर करून, राजय शासन याद्ारे उकत अधिनियमाचया कलम ६ अनवये यथोचितरितया

मंडळ घटटीत होईपर्यंत, रकाना (२) मधये नमूद केलेलया वयकतींची रकाना (३) मधये नमूद केलेलया मंडळावर पद धारण करणयास व

अधिनियमाद्ारे किंवा तद्न्वये मंडळास प्रदान करणयात आलेलया सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करणयासाठी आणि तयावर लादलेली कर्तवय

आणि कामे पार पाडणयासाठी नियुकती करत आहे.

in English of the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department,

No. SANKIRN-2021/ C.R.30/ LAB-5, dated 7th December 2021is hereby published under the authority

of the Governor.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981.

No. SANKIRN-2021/ C.R.30/ LAB-5.—Whereas, it appears to the Government of Maharashtra

that it is unable to reconstitute the Boards for Security Guards in certain areas mentioned in column

(3) of the Schedule appended hereto in accordance with the provisions of section 6 of the Maharashtra

Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981 (Mah. LVIII of 1981),

as it will take some more time to nominate members on the said Boards ;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has decided to appoint the persons mentioned in

column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto against the said Boards mentioned in column (3) thereof

to hold office and exercise all the powers and perform and discharge all the duties and functions

conferred and imposed upon the said Boards, respectively, by or under the said Act until the said

Boards are duly reconstituted under section 6 of the said Act ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the

Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981 (Mah.

LVIII of 1981), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the persons mentioned in column

(2) of the Schedule appended hereto against the said Boards mentioned in column (3) thereof to hold

office and exercise all the powers and perform and discharge all the duties and functions conferred and

imposed upon the said Boards by or under the said Act until the said Boards are duly reconstituted

under section 6 of the said Act.
