१९९६ अąवये महाराđł शासनाने सदर अिधसूचने÷या अनुसूिचत उčलेिखलेčया ȦेŇात महाराđł औǐोिगक िवकास अिधिनयम, १९६१
(सन १९६२ चा महाराđł अिधिनयम तीन) चे कलम सहा, िदनांक २ ऑगĒट १९९६ रोजी अंमलात आणले होते व उòत अिधिनयमा÷या
आधारे मौजे भांबोली, तालुका खेड, िजčहा पुणे येथील उòत अनुसूिचत नमूद कɁलेले ȦेŇ अिधिनयमा÷या कलम २, खंड (ग) अąवये
औǐोिगक ȦेŇ Ċहणून जाहीर कɁलेले आहे ;
आिण, ùयाअथȯ, उप िवभागीय अिधकारी, जुąनर उप िवभाग खेड, िजčहा पुणे यांनी उòत अिधिनयमातील कलम ३२ ÷या पोट-
कलम १ नुसार, भाग एक, पुणे िवभाग पुरवणी, पृđठ ĸ.२९४८ वर िदनांक २१ ऑगĒट २००८ ÷या महाराđł शासना÷या राजपŇात
नोटीस ĸमांक सजल/भूसं/एसआर-२५/१९९६, िदनांक २१ ऑगĒट २००८ रोजी Ōिसnj कȠन,उòत औǐोिगक ȦेŇासाठी भूसंपादन
कɁलेले आहे आिण उòत कलम ३२ ÷या पोट-कलम ४ नुसार उòत नोटीसेत नमूद कɁलेले ȦेŇ सवɑ भार मुòत होऊन राùय शासना÷या
ठायी िनहीत झाले आहे ;
आिण ùयाअथȯ, यासोबत जोडलेčया अनुसूिचतील जिमनीचा (यापुढɂ िजचा उčलेख “उòत जमीन” असा करĀयात येईल) ताबा
राùय शासन िकȽवा āयां÷या वतीने घेĀयात आलेला नाही आिण उòत जमीन उòत कायǐा÷या Ōयोजनासाठी आवĐयक नाही असे राùय
शासनाचे मत झाले आहे.

āयाअथȯ, आता,उòत अिधिनयमा÷या कलम ३२ ÷या पोट-कलम (४) मधील परंतूक व इतर अिधकारांचा वापर कȠन राùय शासन
उòत जमीन संपादनातून काढȴन घेत आहे आिण असे घोिषत करीत आहे की, ही सूचना महाराđł शासन राजपŇात Ōिसnj झाčयानंतर
कलम ३२ ÷या पोट-कलम (१) नुसार नोटीस Ōिसnj होĀया÷या लगतपूवȯ उòत जमीन िज÷याकडɂ िनहीत होती āया ďयòतीकडɂ ती āयावेळी
अȬĒतāवात असतील असे भारांना अिधन राहून पूवɑलȦी Ōभावासह पुनिनɑिहत होईल.

NOTIFICATION
No.IDC 2020 /(C.R.646)/IND 14.—Whereas, by Government Notification, Industries, Energy
and Labour Department, No.IDC. 2196/(2774)/IND-14, dated the 1st August 1996 issued under
sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah.III of 1962)
(hereinafter referred to as “the said Act” ), the Government of Maharashtra has appointed the 2nd
August 1996 to be the date from which the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act shall take effect
in certain areas in Village Bhamboli in Taluka Khed, District Pune mentioned in the Schedule
appended to the said notification and declared the said area as an industrial area under clause (g)
of section 2 of the said Act ;
And whereas, the Sub Divisional Officer, Junnar Sub Division, Khed, District Pune has by
issuing Notice No. सजल/भूसं/एसआर-25/1996, dated 21st August 2008 published in the Maharashtra
Government Gazette, Part I, Pune division Supplement, dated 21st August, 2008, on pages 2948 under
sub-section (1) of section 32 of the said Act, acquired the lands in the said industrial area, and as
such, the lands mentioned in the said notice have been vested absolutely in the State Government
free from all encumbrances under sub-section (4) of said section 32 ;
And whereas, the actual possession of the land mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto
(thereinafter referred to as “the said land”) is not taken by or on behalf of the State Government
and it has appears to the State Government that the said land is no more required for the purposes
of the said Act.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (4) of the 32
of the said Act and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra
hereby withdraws the said land from acquisition and declares that, on the publication of this Notice
in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, the said land shall re-vest with retrospective effect in the
person in whom it was vesting immediately before the publication of the notice under sub-section
(1) of the said section 32, subject to such encumbrances, if any, as may be subsisting at that time.
